CrossFit incorporates aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, metabolic conditioning and bodyweight exercises performed at high intensity over short duration. Our workouts are developed to be adaptable and scalable to all fitness levels. No matter who you are, no matter what your current fitness level, CrossFit will help you reach the next level.
We are a family here at CFFA and we support every skill level that enters the gym. Everyone has goals and they vary depending on the individual. We will do our best to help guide you, support you and cheer you on as you hit these goals.
Personal Intro Course - $135
Are you interested in starting CrossFit?We are happy to set up a personal Introductory Course with you based on your schedule.
The course will be one month in length, week 1 & 2 you will have 4 - 60 minute sessions with a personal trainer to introduce you to the gym, movement standards and how class is run. Week 3 & 4 you will be buddied up with a current member who will be attending the same class times as you to help you in your transition into class.

If you’ve done CrossFit before or are an experienced athlete and are looking to start at CFFA we are happy to set up a time for you to meet with one of our trainers to ensure movement standards. We understand that it’s important for you to find the right fit and were happy to answer any questions you have.
To become a member without completing the Introductory Course you must have experience with CrossFit and be able to demonstrate proficiency with:
Basic gymnastic movements

If we decide you need to be placed in the Introductory Course then we will apply this amount to the Course.
