Jeb - Owner/Head Coach
I was introduced to CrossFit 5 years ago by my brother Trent. We started working out in a garage and over time more friends joined us. Four years ago I was fortunate enough to turn it into a business with two of my buddies.
I’m a father of four and have been fortunate to coach for several levels of sports over the years, including 9 years club soccer, 4 years of 7th and 8th grade basketball and two years of Badger Region volleyball.
In 2015 I began following programming by Rudy Nielson – The Outlaw Way and knew I wanted to take my athletic abilities as far as I could. March of 2015 I took 1st place in the North Central Regional CrossFit Open in the Men 40-44 and knew I was capable to achieve my goals as a Masters Athlete.
In the last year I've been able to be a professional athlete for the New York Rhinos, place 4th in the 2015 Granite Games Masters Division and become part of the Outlaw Team. I’m fortunate to have been able to turn my passion into my career and have the ability to coach the people in my community here at CFFA.
Ashley - Coach
I’ve been a member at CrossFit Fort Atkinson from almost the beginning, and went onto becoming a coach in 2013. Since then, I have gotten to help our members transform not only their bodies but their confidence and self-esteem as well. No two CrossFit workouts are the same, but we do repeat workouts occasionally to see how we improve over time, and the results don’t lie, we continue to get stronger, and faster which makes daily life activities like carrying groceries so much easier.
CrossFit helped me take my own personal fitness level to the highest possible level, and has allowed me to help those I coach reach their highest, healthiest potential. In my time outside of the gym, I am the Health Educator for Walworth County Public Health Department and volunteer as an EMT for the Whitewater Rescue Squad. I would love to help you reach your fitness goals!

Jon - Coach
I started Crossfit in January of 2012 and have been enjoying the ever-changing workouts and camaraderie since. Crossfit has given me a healthy hobby to partake in and I knew I wanted to pass on the knowledge and encouragement to others. Over the three years I've has enjoyed working with all the clients and watching them grow into fine athletes. When not at the gym I enjoys spending time doing anything active from playing tennis or volleyball, watersports, or just kicking back having a few beers with friends.
Brady - Coach
I am a Fort Atkinson native who has always been active in sports of some sort – basketball, baseball, softball, cross country, tennis… I began weight lifting my senior year in high school, following the CrossFit model. I’m a bit of an introvert and it took some coaxing to get me to step into the CFFA box and talk with Jeb & Meg about being a trainer. I’m so glad I did. What I found was an amazingly fun and supportive place to work and workout. I’m really proud to be part of the CFFA staff who has such diverse experiences and backgrounds in nutrition, wellness, performance, and coaching.
My philosophy is simply to encourage others to lead a healthy lifestyle to facilitate better engagement in doing the things they love through increased energy, focus, and ability. My entire work history has been “coaching” and mentoring, having spent six years with Fort Atkinson Park & Recreation working with kids ages 4 to 10 and also volunteer supervising at the high school weight room. I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, and no matter the age or ability my focus is the same – instruct on proper form and assist with personal modifications to ensure maximum results and inspire passion for continued personal growth.
Beyond training, I enjoy boating, softball, tennis, and sitting around a campfire.

I've been into fitness in one form or another for the last 20 years. Mostly weightlifting and strength training but I have a background in sports including football and track and field. I spent a lot of time lifting weights and trying to build strength but had been missing the competition aspect.
Two years ago I was talked into going to a Crossfit gym and trying a workout.
My first workout experience was called the Hotshot 19, considered by even seasoned veterans to be one of the worst workouts. I finished the first round and thought I was going to die and I still had 5 more to go.
I forged ahead and before I knew it I was on the last round. I learned a lot about myself that day. The first is that I was not as strong as I had thought. The second thing I realized was that I was stronger than I thought.
Since that day I have been relentlessly pursuing goal after goal. I hit one and set the next higher. The exciting thing about Crossfit is that there is always more to learn and always better athletes to chase. It is an incredibly humbling experience. Every single crossfitter has experienced it. Some times daily. But to choose to keep going creates only one thing: Strength.
